Maxim Healthcare is working with a Pediatric Clinic on the Eastside looking to bring on a Full-time LPN. They are looking for someone with 2+ years of Pediatric experience. This position will involve working one on one with the Clinic Pediatrician so good communication skills are a must along with a positive attitude and easy going nature. There is also a strong preference for knowledge of the Child Profile Registry, and familiarity with Well-Child visit guidelines. The facility would like someone to start as soon as possible. Responsibilities include:
• Utilizes the nursing process to assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care.
• Performs focused interview to identify specific patients needs.
• Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient’s condition.
• Collects, analyzes, and interprets data and information from health care members and documents actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.
Qualifications include:
• Current Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse License.
• Full command, verbal and written, of the English language.
• Current Health Certificate (per facility).
• Current PPD or Chest X-Ray.
• One year prior professional nursing experience Preferred.
• Current BLS card.
• Successful completion of the screening tests
